Minimally Invasive RF-Assisted Body Contouring
Quantum RF by InMode is the next-generation radiofrequency-assisted liposuction (RFAL) technology — the successor to InMode's BodyTite platform — that simultaneously removes fat and tightens the overlying skin in a single minimally invasive procedure. Dr. Forrest S. Roth, MD, FACS — a board-certified plastic surgeon in River Oaks, Houston, TX — uses Quantum RF exclusively as his RF-assisted body contouring platform. Dr. Roth is an InMode-certified Plastic Surgeon Trainer, teaching plastic surgeons and other physicians from around the world how to perform InMode Quantum procedures — bringing a level of Quantum-specific technical expertise to his Houston practice that few providers in the country can offer. Dr. Roth has been recognized with the Clinical Award, First Place from the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons and earned his M.D. with Distinction in Research from Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Quantum RF is a minimally invasive procedure — it uses a small cannula inserted beneath the skin to deliver pulsed bipolar RF energy to the subdermal tissue, with no large incisions and no general anesthesia required. Local anesthesia (tumescent solution) is used, with optional light IV sedation for added comfort. The controlled RF energy contracts existing collagen and stimulates new collagen formation simultaneously with fat removal, tightening the overlying skin in real time. A compression garment is worn for 4–6 weeks. Most patients return to desk work within 3–5 days for smaller areas and 7–10 days for larger areas. All procedures are performed at Dr. Roth's River Oaks, Houston practice in an accredited surgical setting.

Traditional liposuction removes fat but leaves skin retraction to chance — patients with existing laxity may be left with loose skin. Quantum RF, performed by Dr. Forrest S. Roth, MD, FACS at his River Oaks, Houston practice, adds simultaneous bipolar RF energy that contracts collagen and tightens skin as fat is removed. One procedure, two results. Dr. Roth is an InMode-certified Plastic Surgeon Trainer for Quantum RF.
Dr. Forrest S. Roth uses Quantum RF most commonly for the abdomen, flanks, arms, inner thighs, and submental area at his River Oaks, Houston practice. It is especially effective where laxity accompanies fat — such as an abdomen after weight loss or pregnancy. Multiple areas can often be treated in a single session.
Quantum RF is minimally invasive — a small cannula is inserted beneath the skin to deliver RF energy, requiring no large incisions, no stitches, and no general anesthesia. Dr. Forrest S. Roth, MD, FACS performs Quantum RF under local anesthesia at his River Oaks, Houston practice, with optional light IV sedation. Most patients return to normal activities within a few days.
Most patients see meaningful improvement in both contour and skin firmness. Quantum RF is best for mild to moderate laxity — it is not a replacement for a tummy tuck or arm lift in patients with significant skin excess. Results develop over 3–6 months. Dr. Roth assesses candidacy individually at his River Oaks, Houston practice.
Dr. Forrest S. Roth advises 3–5 days rest for smaller areas (arms, submental) and 7–10 days for larger areas such as the abdomen and flanks. A compression garment is worn for 4–6 weeks. Strenuous activity resumes at 3–4 weeks. Final skin tightening results are visible at 3–6 months.
